Service Schedule

• Bi-Weekly Visits: 23 visits scheduled from March through December.

• Monthly Visits: 3 visits scheduled from December through February.

• Cancel Any Time

Included Services

1. Lawn Mowing:

   • Bi-weekly during peak growing season, monthly during winter months.

   • Ensures a neat and healthy appearance for your lawn.

2. Landscape Weed Control:

   • Consistent weed removal and treatment in landscape beds to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.

3. Winter Maintenance:

   • Light mulching of debris and clean-up to maintain the property’s appearance during the dormant season.

4. Hardscape Blowing:

   • Clearing debris from driveways, patios, and walkways at every visit to ensure a tidy and welcoming property.

5. Property Monitoring:

   • Visual inspection for potential issues such as pest activity, unusual wear, or damage during winter months.

Agreement Terms

• Service Agreement:

  • A rolling 30-day agreement designed for flexibility and convenience.

  • Renewal is automatic unless written notice is provided.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel anytime without penalties by providing a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next scheduled visit.

  • Exceptions may apply for prepaid services or promotional discounts.

Billing Terms

• Payments are due on a monthly basis and billed on the first week of each month.

• A valid credit card on file is required to ensure seamless billing and service continuity.

Exclusions

• Services outside the included scope (e.g., shrub trimming, fertilization, debris removal)

• Severe weather conditions may cause rescheduling or service limitations for safety reasons.
